At Roos Design Studio, we proudly ship our products to customers around the world. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with great attention to detail to ensure it arrives safely.

Please read the information below regarding processing times, shipping, customs, and delivery.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Most in-stock physical orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Certain products, including personalised, made-to-order, or custom items, may require additional production time. Where applicable, estimated processing times are displayed on the individual product page.

Orders are processed during normal business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer worldwide shipping through trusted postal and courier services.

Available shipping methods and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout based on your delivery location.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the selected shipping service.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volumes
  • International transportation disruptions

Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered electronically.

No physical product will be shipped.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your download will be available according to the delivery method described on the product page.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your physical order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

If your shipping method includes tracking, tracking details will be provided so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your purchase may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by your destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside the control of Roos Design Studio.

United States Orders

For customers in the United States, applicable import duties, taxes, and fees are generally calculated and collected during checkout. This means you should not need to pay additional import charges when your order is delivered.

Other International Orders

For customers outside the United States, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges may be payable upon arrival in your country unless they are collected during checkout. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on local customs regulations.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.

If your parcel appears delayed, please allow a little extra time, particularly during busy holiday periods or when shipping internationally.

If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us. We will gladly assist by working with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Roos Design Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be resent.

Undeliverable or Unclaimed Orders

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused by the recipient, or could not be delivered, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

If you would like the order to be shipped again, additional shipping costs may apply.

Any refund issued in these circumstances may exclude the original shipping costs and any return fees charged by the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged Shipments

We take great care when packaging every order.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging

We will review the information and work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Restrictions

From time to time, we may be unable to ship certain products to specific countries due to shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, or legal requirements.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for these reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund if payment has already been received.
